Legal information

Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data is collected on raphael-molina.com, why, and how to exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller

Raphaël Molina, sole trader (French micro-entreprise), SIRET 888 462 678 00010, Gentilly (94250), France – raphaelmolinapro@gmail.com.

Contact form

When you write to me through the contact form, I receive your name, your email address and your message. This information is used only to reply to you and discuss your project. It is sent to me by email and kept in my mailbox for as long as we are in touch, then for no more than three years after our last contact. It is never sold, shared or used for advertising.

Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps) and my legitimate interest in replying to messages.

Audience measurement

The website uses the Independent Analytics plugin, installed on my own hosting, to count visits anonymously (pages viewed, referrer, device type). These statistics are not shared with third parties and are not used to track you on other websites.

Cookies

The website does not set any advertising or social media cookies. A few technical first-party cookies may be used for the site to work properly (display, time zone, admin session). They contain no information that identifies you and do not require consent.

Third-party services

  • Hostinger (hosting): server logs, including IP addresses, are kept for security purposes.
  • Bunny.net (video player): when you play a video, your IP address is sent to this service to stream the film.
  • Google Fonts (typefaces): some pages load fonts from Google’s servers, which then receive your IP address.

Links to Instagram and IMDb take you to those websites, which apply their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to raphaelmolinapro@gmail.com; I will reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
